This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the website which is operated by GDK Technologies Limited trading as Ouch ("we", "us" and "our").

The data ("Personal Data") that we may ask you to supply includes without limitation salutation, name, day and month of birth, gender, telephone number, fax number, email address, residential/other address, payment account details and where applicable, your Octopus card number.

Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide certain categories of Personal Data (as specified at the time of collection). In the event that you do not provide any Personal Data indicated as mandatory, we may not be able to provide you with our products and/or services.

providing you with customer service including but not limited to processing and effecting sales, orders, refunds and exchanges relating to products available for sale in our shops or through our website, delivery and “Click and Collect” services,

providing you with rewards under our redemption programme(s);

providing you with our promotional materials (including but not limited to updates to our website), discount vouchers and wellness information;

All content on our site, including design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software and audio clips; any improvements or modifications to such content; any derivative works thereof; the collection, arrangement and assembly of all content appearing on ouch.hk, are the exclusive property of ouch.hk and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. All software used on our site is the property of ouch.hk or its software suppliers and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Third Party Merchants

We may have on-line stores or service providers hosted in our Websites which are operated by third party merchants. If you want to use, order or receive any services and/or products from any of them, please note that any personally identifiable information you provide, once transferred to the relevant merchant, is beyond our control and thus outside the scope of protection afforded by us.

You further agree that we may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) your Personal Data to third party services providers engaged by us to assist with providing you with our services (including data entry, managing our customer database, processing, effecting and verifying sales, orders, refunds and/or exchanges relating to products available for sale in our shops or through our website, contacting you regarding promotions, delivery “Click and Collect” services and other customer service) and securely disposing of your Personal Data ("Third Party Service Providers").

These Third Party Service Providers are under a duty of confidentiality to us and are only permitted to use your Personal Data in connection with the purposes specified at A.2.1 above, and not for their own purposes (including direct marketing).
